* Balance of daily rates (safari fees) are payable 90 days prior to commencement of safari.

* Trophy fees are payable at end of safari, prior to departure

* Any game wounded and not found will be paid for in full

* In the event of cancellation 180 days prior to safari, 25% cancellation fee on payments received.

* No refunds on cancellations within 180 days of commencement of safari.

* All payments to be made by Credit Card, US Dollar Cash or Travellers cheque.

* Administration fees will apply on Credit Card and Traveller's Cheque payments.

* Prices subject to change without prior notice, unless deposit has been received for safari.
